This cover sits over the battery in the engine bay, protecting it from the weather and keeping the engine bay looking clean and tidy.  (PIECES OCCAZ) A missing or cracked battery cover leaves the battery terminals exposed to dirt and moisture, which can cause electrical issues over time — this is a direct clip-on replacement.
